Shall Not Want Meets Thy Will

Ps. 23:1The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want.Mtt. 6:10 Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven.

The Lord is our shepherd standing over us with His power and authority. When we are tired, stressed, and frustrated if we let go of the ‘I want‘ converting it to “…I shall not want…” He will tell us where to lie down and when to lie down knowing everything around us. At this point if we accept “…I shall not want…” then we need to come to the surrendering point of “…Thy will be done…“.

When “…I shall not want…” meets “…Thy will be done…” this opens the time for Him to refresh our soul and lead us in the directions of doing right in honor of His name of being our Shepherd. We are in a place within ourselves to follow instead of looking around at our storms, loosing eye contact with Him, and starting to sink under the waves of our fears. He will take care of us feeding us a daily bread of hope, faith, and love.

When “…I shall not want…” meets “…Thy will be done…” no matter how high the dark canyon walls of death loom over us He will stand before them with His rod and staff bringing us comfort and taking away the torments of fear. When we reject our fleshly wants and apply the “…I shall not want…” merging in our mind, heart, and soul “…Thy will be done…” the realization will take over causing us to see the He’s got the whole world in His hands bringing us sweet release of our troubles.

When “…I shall not want…” meets “…Thy will be done…” the sitting still and waiting upon the Lord gives Him a chance to setup a table right in front of those who hate us and wish evil upon us no matter if it is of flesh or of demon. As we sit there at His table calmly we don’t have to think of what we need to say because He will anoint us with the words that need to be spoken. The world may never forgive us, but He has forgiven us and now we need to forgive them seeing the overflowing drink of life overrun the cup in front of us into their life. The miracles will come leading us to safety from evil temptations when “…I shall not want…” meets “…Thy will be done…” delivering us from evil.

When “…I shall not want…” meets “…Thy will be done…” it will be without a doubt His goodness and mercy will be with us daily wherever we may go. The “…I shall not want…” will put the desire in us to dwell in the house of the Lord forever. We will not want to go anywhere else and realize there is no where else to go to hear the words of eternal life. causing the desire of our heart to be “…Thy will be done…“.

The final conclusion inside ourselves when we merge “…I shall not want…” with “…Thy will be done…” we will become one with the purpose that it is for His kingdom, His power, and to His glory forever. Amen. “…I shall not want…” and “…Thy will be done…” should release us from stressing out over our jobs, our bosses, our families, and our tomorrows. May we always let God bless us and thank Him for every good thing that comes our way.

OUR SHEPHERD

Ps. 23:1The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want.He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters. He restoreth my soul: he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name’s sake.Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me.Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over.Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the Lord for ever.

LORD’S PRAYER

Mtt. 6:9 … Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name.10 Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven.11 Give us this day our daily bread.12 And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors.13 And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil: For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, for ever. Amen.

KEEP WORKING

Mtt. 6:30 Wherefore, if God so clothe the grass of the field, which to day is, and to morrow is cast into the oven, shall he not much more clothe you, O ye of little faith?31 Therefore take no thought, saying, What shall we eat? or, What shall we drink? or, Wherewithal shall we be clothed?32 (For after all these things do the Gentiles seek:) for your heavenly Father knoweth that ye have need of all these things.33 But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.34 Take therefore no thought for the morrow: for the morrow shall take thought for the things of itself. Sufficient unto the day is the evil thereof.
