A Better Way

Gifted people see things from a different angle than most people. They become frustrated when they try to help and no one will listen. I imagine our history of inventors were thought to be crazy, yet we have electricity powering our homes, our work places, our cars, our hospitals, our schools, and almost anything else you can think of. In the present day there are all kinds of things being invented and added to the usage of society. “A Better Way” is not always received. The resistance to trying something different and new is still rejected on all levels. Improving and going higher than you have before would it not take testing “A Better Way“? Jesus was looked upon by many people as trying to change their Bible of the Old Testament and presenting his own personal “A Better Way“, but it was the opposite he was making the Old Testament whole and complete.

What stops us and prevents us from being better and not settling for less in life? Why are there some limits on things that are good? Most children are told they can be anything they want to be. As we become older and lived a little while a different reality hits us in the face resisting our dreams. We get up daily to things visible and seemingly invisible resisting the desire of testing “A Better Way“.

A new way of doing something is contrary to what most have developed as a traditional way of doing things. These types of traditions carries with them the “my way or the highway” attitude. There are two kinds of traditions that one is visible and the other is invisible. Tradition is defined as customs or beliefs passed on from generation to generation. I know you have immediately thought of the customs or beliefs you have run into or may have run into you. Does passing on something make it 100% true? There are some people who are so closed-minded that air cannot get in like the walking dead and on the other side some people are so open-minded their brains are falling out. A good balance of the two is a worthy goal. Having the ability to be strong-minded on guaranteed things and open-minded to things that could improve is a rare thing in today’s society. Even the guaranteed should have no fear of being faced with questions.

The quickest way to uncover or reveal the invisible traditions in people is simply found out by questions. Traditional ways can be inward on an individual or can be imposed outward on others. Over the years you have put your faith into something and found out later it was not what you thought it was. Questions will expose what is hidden underneath most things. If something is truly sound and appears to be traditional then questions will not harm it because it is sound through and through. If someone presents something that they claim is “A Better Way” there should be no fear of looking into it. If fear and doubt pops up inside of you because of questions then it is a signal to you to re-examine what you are counting as a sound traditional way of doing things. It will only make you better and set you on a path of “A Better Way“.

My life is full of memories from childhood to adulthood of asking questions and seeing the same facial reaction over and over. The face of shock “I don’t know” the answer, but I will proceed forward with an answer that will attempt to keep me with the appearance of “I do know“. The face of anger “that’s the way it has always been” and “the way it will always be“. The face of honesty “I don’t know” and the body language of “I’m not going to find out because I am going to go on with life doing things the same old way that I have always done“. The face of authority “it is this way because I said so” with the body language of “I don’t care to even attempt to find out or change“. Are you satisfied with these answers or do you want to keep pressing and find “A Better Way“?

I have seen people falling into the same old traps and pot holes in their road of life whether it is drugs, alcohol, religions, and relationships. Outwardly we may be stuck with some of this world’s physical traditions in place, but we are not imprisoned with our inward spiritual places. In the younger years all people go through that “I know everything” and “you can’t tell me anything I don’t already know“. A person who is growing past the loops or circles of traps, pot holes, and mistakes is a person who is finding “A Better Way” to face their next day. The older a person gets the deeper the levels they can reach by listening to the possible “A Better Way” of doing things or thinking about things. Are you tired of going round and round with some things in your life? Have you reached out to there has to be “A Better Way“? Do you want truth?

There was a small town with only a few people in it. They lived their lives daily doing as any other small town would do to live and survive. The small town was a special place. A powerful King took a look at this small town with the desire of taking it by force. The powerful king brought in his armies surrounding the small town. The powerful king built huge walls of fortifications against the small town. I can see from within this town in every direction on the outside of town these walls of protection for the soldiers and no way of escape. The picture of doom looms in their mind. A powerful rich king with all the resources a small town could not compete with and a bad ending in sight. The mystery to the story is a poor man in the small town stepped forth with “A Better Way” for the town to survive. The mystery is this poor man’s idea full of wisdom protecting the women, children and the entire small town saved them all from the powerful king with all his armies, walls of fortifications is not revealed. His idea of saving the small town is unknown, yet the people of that town owe him their lives and their families lives. His words saved them. The sad part of the story is the poor man whose idea of “A Better Way” saved them was forgotten and even despised. His words were no longer heard after saving the town (Ecc. 9:14-16). “A Better Way” suggested to any of us would be wise on our part to look into it with an open mind and a serious conclusion. We may find ourselves inside a loop or circle ever-growing, but never able to come to the knowledge of the truth as was predicted in these last days (2 Tim 3:7). I find myself wanting to hear completely the surface of the words and past the surface of the words. I want to see the surface of things and past the surface of things. Would you like to be whole?

We encounter people every day that we pass judgment upon or at least categorize them inside our minds. Smart, average, and simple are just a few kind words used to categorize people. I know we all have heard different terms identifying people’s intelligence. No matter what category you may fit in true intelligence comes from not repeating the same mistake over and over like the loop or circle mentioned earlier, but learning “A Better Way“. God in the beginning showed Adam and Eve “A Better Way” to live their lives avoiding death, hell, and the grave, but they listened to the devil of his version of a “A Better Way“, which brought death, hell, and the grave into power over all the earth. They chose to listen to a creation over the Creator. I wonder what would have happened if Eve and Adam had waited until their next visit with God and asked Him a question that might of unraveled the devil’s lie? Could they have asked the devil more questions for solid proof of his statements? Did it work for him going against God? Questions asked of God come back solid and sound. Questions asked of a double minded person comes back unstable and holes of doubt. Have you ever got that feeling when someone got through speaking that easiness of their words were part truth and part pacifying fill-ins?

There was a man who was very intelligent. He caught onto things fast. He had a thorough education of knowledge of the scriptures of the Bible. He was a man who encounter the teachings of John the Baptist “A Better Way” of understanding the scriptures of the coming Savior of our sins and water baptism in repentance. He taught where ever he went with great enthusiasm and great accuracy of Jesus being the Messiah just like John the Baptist. This man must have taken John the Baptist words and compared them to the Bible and found what he was saying to be true. He went to churches in that day and spoke boldly the teachings of John the Baptist for the coming Messiah Jesus. One day a crowd had gathered as usual to listen to this man present “A Better Way” (a fulfilling way) of the scriptures and a husband and wife were in the crowd that heard him speaking. The husband and wife made their living at making tents. They were not know for their learning and knowledge of the scriptures, but as tent-makers.

The husband and wife invited the well-educated man to their home. They presented “A Better Way” of the scriptures to him. This educated man’s knowledge of the scriptures was not wasted for the connection scripturally was more fulfilled to what John the Baptist was preaching, which caused him to start preaching Jesus name water baptism for the removal of sins. I see a man who took what the husband and wife had to say and searched the scriptures for proof before accepting this “A Better Way“. He must have found what they had said was solid and sound (Acts 19). What they had told him was so solid and sound that when he taught now in the churches he was able to refute anyone in public proving that Jesus was the Messiah. I see a man now with a solidness about him inside and out, balanced with “A Better Way“, the truth, and a new life glowing in completeness.

What would happen if he had treated the husband and wife, the tent makers, like the poor man of wisdom was treated after saving the small town? If he had treated their words like the poor man forgetting them, despising them, and no longer listening to them he may have forfeited the saving of his soul. Jesus said about people when it comes to hearing some of us are like the wayside of a road that whatever is said is taken away, some of us are like the stony area where we get happy over the spoken words, but never let them get deep down inside of us and it is lost with just a little heated trouble, some of us are so worldly-minded that the words spoken are received, but our love of the world rises up and chokes out the words in our life, and some of us are open enough to search, prove, and conclude the spoken words allowing them to go deep into our lives with the outward fruits (Mtt. 13) like this educated man listening to the tent makers. He had no fear of statements or questions put to the scriptures because his faith was solid and sound in the word of God. Wow, to be solid inside and out is a beautiful sight to see.

Apostle Paul traveling found some disciples. He asked them, “Did you receive the Holy Spirit when you believed?” They answered, “No, we have not even heard that there is a Holy Spirit.” So Paul asked, “Then what baptism did you receive?” “John’s baptism,” they replied. Paul said, “John’s baptism was a baptism of repentance. He told the people to believe in the one coming after him, that is, in Jesus.” On hearing this, they were baptized in the name of the Lord Jesus (Not in Father, Son, and Holy Ghost, but in Jesus name). When Paul placed his hands on them, the Holy Spirit came on them, and they spoke in tongues and prophesied (Acts 19).  These disciples (just like other religions) heard Paul’s questioning words setting into motion inside themselves a study of those words getting them approved by God’s word maintaining themselves in an unashamed status correctly handling the word of truth (2 Tim. 2:15). This questioning by Apostle Paul of what may have come across as “A Better Way“, a more perfect way, or a more accurate way did not mean all that they presently had been a total waste of time or loss. All that they did possess has been added in total completeness in the Lord Jesus Christ. Their faith was not replaced or destroyed, but fulfilled in totality. Their perception and understanding saw the absolute truth with total acceptance and obedience. They had been baptized before with a water baptism of repentance under John the Baptist teachings because it too was right in the word of God. Now, the completeness of water baptism was finalized in Jesus name applying the blood of forgiveness along with their repentance. Isn’t this beautiful? These people were not afraid of questions and what the conclusion of truth may reveal. After their water baptism in Jesus name Paul walks over to them, places his hand upon them, prays for them, and they received the Holy Spirit of God the same way the 11 apostles and other disciples of Jesus did in Acts 2 a long time ago. How do we know it was like them back then? “Is this not only for the apostles“, you may ask? It is clear this is a continuing thing that can occur even today because this is all a promise of God to happen to us our children and their children – all generations to come (Acts 2:39). This is part of completeness of being born again of water and of spirit (Jn 3:5). How do we know it is the same as the apostles? As Paul had his hand upon them praying they began to speak in another language that they had not been trained in the flesh to speak the praises of God and prophetic words. They totally surrendered to God and allowed Him to burst forth like rivers of living water (Jn. 7:38). Now, the fellowship begins in spirit and in truth with the power of God visiting you anytime and anywhere.

If Apostle Paul were to ask you these questions how would you answer him? Would his questions be allowed in your home, church, society? Would you let him place his hand upon you, pray for you, and be willing to open up to the in-filling of God’s Spirit with the sign to you and anyone around that bursting forth of rivers of living water speaking in a language God gives you? Did you know you can you have this happen to you right now? God is not restricted to church places only or He would not be an everywhere God. He will come to you right now in your home, in your car,… All I did was started praying to God, speaking my heart surrendering all of myself to Him in worship, praise, and the desire to be filled with His Spirit patiently waiting as they did back then and not giving up. Hebrews 13:8 “Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever.” He doesn’t change nor does His way for us to be born again change. Are you saved like these disciples Apostle Paul asked these questions? I am born again exactly as the those disciples Apostle Paul asked those questions. If Apostle Paul were to speak with me he would find out I have been baptized in Jesus name and filled with the Holy Spirit. Then I would expect him to teach, encourage, and admonish me for doing more work everyday for the Lord for the day and the hour is short.

Apostle Paul/God’s Word is asking you, “Did you receive the Holy Spirit when you believed?”  Your answer:

Apostle Paul/God’s Word is asking you, “Then what baptism did you receive?”                                  Your answer:

Are you going to be baptized in water in Jesus name and pray to receive the Holy Spirit Your decision:

If you have no one to baptize you in water you can take yourself to a place where you can go under water completely, look towards heaven, and say, Lord I repent and baptize myself in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of my sins and I know I will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit because it is a promise from You who changes not (Acts 2:38,39). Start praying and worshiping expecting to receive His Holy Spirit. Later, if you find someone who lines themselves up with the apostles Acts 2:38 there is nothing wrong letting them baptize you in Jesus name. It will not take away what you have done.

May your spirit get a hold of God’s Spirit and fly free in fellowship every day. As these bodies grow old our spirit within can be renewed day by day (2 Cor. 4:16) never growing old, but maturing into eternal life with God our Father.

Bridges

A bridge is a structure carrying a road, path, railroad, or canal across a river, ravine, railroad and other structures. A bridge connects one side to another. I can easily remember the different kinds of bridges I passed over by different types of vehicles, bikes, motorbikes, by foot and on. They were from a simple one creek bank to another, one side of the river to the other, and from island to another. The bridge allowed me to go from one place to another that would normally have been more difficult or impossible. These are bridges we see everyday in some form or another, but I want to talk about invisible bridges to our physical eyes. Let us walk together with the eyes of perception and ears of understanding across the unseen bridges we unknowingly cross over.

Have you ever asked yourself “what am I?“, “what am I meant to be?“, “what good am I?“, or “what am I suppose to do“? You have tried all kinds of different things with this quest and searches unknown to others. If you have lived long enough you have struggled yourself or encountered people with sexual problems either of mind, body or both. You may have seen those who are impure in their language and their thinking. You have probably met those who go over board with different kinds of self sensual pleasures using whoever they want to get their needs met. You have seen or met people who worship famous people, movies, or powers of the earth (crystals, witchcraft, new age…). I have met those who just love to hate on others, sow discord/problems, eaten up with jealousy, throw fits of rage by themselves or objects. I know you have seen and even been touched with the selfishness this life. You have seen and possibly  been a victim by clicks, groups, factions, and members only. I know I have left out some others like envious people, alcoholic people, and drugs. I will leave the rest of the list up to you.

You may be asking yourself “what does this have to do with bridges?” Bridges connect from one side to another. They allow passage from one place to another. They join things that were once not connected. What does sexual immorality, impurity and sensual pleasure; idol worship and witchcraft; hatred; discord, jealousy, fits of rage, selfish ambition, dissensions, factions and envy, drunkenness, and other things of the like (Gal. 5:19-21) have to do with bridges?

You and I are bridges. People around us are bridges that are unseen by the physical eyes. We were born into this world automatically being connected to the people around us. As a child family, friends, neighbors, strangers, and classmates were bridges connecting themselves to us whether we welcome them or not. People every day connect their bridges to you with the attempt to pass from their life island to yours the things they are focused on. The words they speak if it is garbage, negative, positive, or treasure it is attempting to pass from them to you through your ears whether you accept or not. The words have been sent across the bridge to you irregardless. People attempt to pass their stuff from themselves to you using different methods whether you are conscientious of it or not. If you are like me you have already thought of some people attempting to push their stuff over on you, good or bad.

“What am I?“, you ask. You are a bridge. I am a bridge. You are reading this as it comes across my bridge to your eyes and ears. Your mind is sorting out these words. You are judging these words to be good, bad, helpful, hurtful, crazy, or makes sense. You also are giving to your family things of yourself knowingly or unknowingly. I had a friend whose dad verbally abused and physically abused his mother with an explosive type anger in front of him and behind closed doors. Before I knew this about “The Bridge” I told him his anger could be like his dads if he was not careful. I called it a seed back then, but today I see a bridge from his dad joining his son, crossing over into his son heart, and planting that seed in his son’s impressionable young mind and returning back over the bridge continuing the bad example. What comes out of your mouth? What kind of facial expressions do you give to people? What actions do you take with personal intentions in mind? What kind things said to you cross over from others to you? What kind of body language do you see people sending your way? What do people around you do with their personal intentions in mind towards you? Wow, we are all bridges passing over all kinds of things daily to people, animals, technology devices. Yes, social websites are tools we use to bridge ourselves to others and the masses.

“What am I?“, “what am I meant to be?“, “what good am I?“, or “what am I suppose to do“? I got tired of the things people sent my way. I got sick at what I saw in my life that I was giving to others. Betrayal crossed over the bridge and stabbed me in the back. Revenge and hatred crossed back over my bridge to others. Experimentation crossed over from other people’s bridges to my island body. Things started passing from my bridge to others who were innocent. Pretending to love you and using you came across the bridges into my life. On my island walls started going up. Hatred start festering with evil intentions. Deception of pretending to be best of friends crossed over the bridge even after letting the walls down for a little bit. The love for animals was more than the love for people inside my island. I closed off to people all the while they were still trying to bridge their stuff to me. I hated people s stuff coming across their bridges to me and I was sick of myself for the things I sent across my bridge to innocent people I could never take back or erase. This is where “The Bridge” of ALL bridges sent over to me “You have tried everything else – try me“. I said to myself and to “The Bridge”, alright I will.

I was sick of evil and being evil, receiving evil and sending evil across the bridges to and from others. Are you tired of people pushing their ideas over their bridge to you? Do you think there is more to this life than what you see everyday? Do you want to change what you receive from others across the bridge and what you send out over yours? This is how I got the answers to “What am I?“, “what am I meant to be?“, “what good am I?“, or “what am I suppose to do“?

The Bible was now allowed to cross over my bridge to talk to my mind, heart, and soul on a trial basis. People were still people attempting to bridge their stuff from themselves to me, but I wanted nothing to do with man’s thinking. I wanted God and His Bible to cross over my bridge into my understanding and perception. People that go to church does not mean they are perfect inside and send only good stuff across their bridges. Whatever religious people sent across their bridge to mine about God I had already decided it had to line up completely with God and His Bible crossing His Bridge or it would not be allowed inside my island.

An example, I had someone tell me that no one in the entire Bible was baptized in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost. I allowed that to cross over the bridge and I was nice in return over my bridge. I went home to be alone with my friend, the Bible and God to let Him cross over His bridge to me and show me His truth. I searched, studied, and prayed. In the end I found my best and most trusted friend, the Bible/God, that no one was baptized in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost, but the only accounts of water baptism was in the name of Jesus Christ. I then allowed and opened my heart (walls came down) to this as truth that crossed over the bridge to me, but I still did not allow that person  full access across the bridge to me. I encourage you there is nothing wrong with guarding your bridge to your heart, mind, and soul. Make sure what people send across their bridge lines up with the Bible completely. I was re-baptized in the name of Jesus Christ because I read in the Bible, my best and trusted friend, that in Jesus name my sins were washed away. What a great feeling and peace of mind.

Now, what I want to cross over my bridge to others is as much pure truth from God and less of myself in it as possible. My whole desire is to help people. I have chosen the number one desire to have God cross over my bridge and touch others with His changing second chance love that no man can offer or match. It does not always happen that way because I am human and I fail, which I try to make my failures less and less in the hopes one day I may reach that beautiful place called heaven free from failure. My prayer is that when people see me that they see Him, hear me – hear Him, and touch me – feel Him. I am still tired of evil and I want nothing but good to cross my bridge to others.

Allow the wisdom from above to cross over the bridge filling you with its purity, peace, gentleness, easy to be applied, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality (favoritism), and without hypocrisy (falseness) James 3:17 in your life. I hope when people look across their bridge to you they see the Spirit of love, joy, peace, tolerance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control, which against such things there is no law (Gal. 5:22, 23). May God be allowed to cross your bridge bless you and change you.

What’s Your Story

You are a book that is alive. A living book made in the image and likeness of the one true God. The spirit inside of you is your own unique eternal person. The pages in your book is your mind, heart, and soul. The writing to your book come from what your eyes may see, what your ears may hear, the things your nose may smell, the things you may taste and touch.

All of mankind is living a word life. A word life of the things we have accepted from our book inside of our fleshly bodies. Our bodies are temporary mobile containers of the eternal flame of existence. We may not control the environment around us and the things our inward book records, but we do control the choice of our actions. Those things we react to we call them influence.

When we are born our pages are blank.  Those that care for us begin to fill those pages with themselves.  Your dad fills those pages with things from himself whether they are good or bad.  Your mom fills those pages with things of herself whether they’re good or bad.  Whoever you have met in life they all have written inside your book.  You as a baby, a child, a young adult, and an adult have in return filled their pages inside of them.  You may hear those that watched you grow up tell stories of how you laughed, how you ran, and how you played. Those are things that are written by you inside their books.  If you were a grumpy child you wrote grumpiness and their books. If you were a happy child you wrote happiness in their books. If they were loving caretakers they wrote love in your book. If they were mean caretakers they wrote meanness in your book.

Now you can look back into your past and look at the times that you said things writing into someone else’s book whether they were good or they were bad. You can see where you physically did things in your past writing in their book good or bad.  The things that we have done to each other whether by words or physically they have influenced others inside their book.

Most people fall into the trap that they are destined to live a life by what was written in their book whether by their choice or not.  They fall under the belief that the things that were forced into their book is the way they are to live with no chance of escape.  Things in this life may be forcibly written into our books  by the means of seeing something we did not want to see,  hearing things that we did not want to hear, tasting things we did not want to taste, smelling things that we did not want to smell, and touching things we did not want to touch, but the damage is done – recorded and written in our living book.

We all would be truly amazed if we saw how much the freedom of choice that we control inside our book. The data maybe forced on us, but the choice of making it a foundation of who we are is another matter. You do have the power of choice what goes on inside you. Many people will choose certain style of music, certain types of books, certain types of movies, certain sports, certain hobbies, certain ideals of how society should be conducted, and the list goes on.  The choices that we make determines what is written in our own book. I have heard that you are truly what you are when you are alone.

We all have had the coworker that comes to work with that negative attitude spewing out garbage dumping their junk into our book and we have to overcome it to have a good day. This is an example of hearing stuff and seeing the facial negativity, but making the choice what has been recorded inside me will not control me into spreading to others the same negativeness.

As a reminder your living eternal book inside you is going to live forever some where after this life and the biography inside will be what determines the location. You have not only been influenced, but you have influenced others.  This is what you and I leave behind what we have written in other people’s books family, friends, relatives, coworkers, and encounters with strangers. We did write something in their books. As an example: my dad has passed away a few years ago and all I have left is the living memories that he wrote in my book. The physical things left behind don’t interact like he did directly to me. Now, more than ever before his honor, integrity, and other characteristics written inside my book live through me today because I made the choice to live a life worthy of his sacrifice and the same will be with my mom who is still with us.

Some people have short books, mid ways books, and very long life books.  The time that we got to spend with them before they left us was a time we need to cherish the recordings into our books.  Some people get to live a very blessed life, some live a very painful life, some live with a mixture of both good and bad, but we are all precious books of our heavenly Father born into a cursed world with the opportunity to fill our books with good things.

I found an author who I want to write in my book all the days that I exist in this life.  I found an author who I want to write in my book all the days that I exist in this life.  He started out with giving us only one rule written in our book in the beginning and we broke that one rule separating ourselves from his love.  He put a plan into motion for a future book to be written to return us back to him giving us the option of where our eternal book would live after this temporary life on earth.

When the fleshly book of Jesus (Heb. 10:7,10) was created the author and finisher on the inside of that man Jesus was God our father himself walking among us to write down the plan of salvation for his children to have the free choice to return home being saved from death, hell, and the grave. Now, we can be born again with a blank pages washed away in water baptism in Jesus name and receive the gift of the Holy Spirit with a sign given to us to know we have received him hearing ourselves speaking another language we have not fleshly learned (Acts 2:38). We become new creatures in Christ with old things passes away (2 Cor. 5:17). Here is the absolute cool part is that we have His Spirit on the inside helping us to learn all truth. I have seen, heard, felt, tasted, and smelled to many lies, hatred, negativity, and other horrible things in this life. With Him on the inside, a roommate to my soul, I can now have my book written with the words of life and spirit (Jn 6:63) until I leave this world and join Him in heaven. Put your eternal book on the desk of Jesus and let Him fill it with the things of your true destiny.

One Door To All Things

Let me prepare you this is going to be really deep stuff and it will be very hard to understand unless God helps (I Corinthians 2:14, 10) because it is the only way I have come to share this with you. He has allowed such knowledge to come into my life of Himself that has absolutely changed my outlook on life and in the same breath I feel completely unworthy, but it is His grace. I encourage you to read slowly and with an open spirit to His Spirit.

God being God and possessing the title as God would have the ability to do anything, anyway, and by anyhow He desires because He is God – right? He could have created things by just thinking of them. He could have created things by twitching his nose, blinking His eyes, snapping His fingers, crossed His arms and bowing his head, tugging His right ear lobe, or clapping His hands. There are NO limits to the avenues God could use to create all things. It is easy to understand why God is seen in plurality – many gods. He is everywhere at the same time, He is in all knowledge of all things in what we may understand as real time, and He is powering all existing things keeping them in solid form without struggling or stress to remain in control. No matter how many gods a person believes exits that is NOT ENOUGH to represent the everywhere (meaning no god beside Him), knows everything (meaning no god smarter than Him), all powerful (meaning no equal god to Him) God. The belief of other gods co-existent, co-knowledge, and co-powerful is just an appearance of a different angles of the One all present, all knowing, all powerful God. How can we see with understanding and perception a God whose mind processes everything without struggle and at the same time empowers all existence while being everywhere with them – mind blower.

“One Door To All Things” is the choice this everywhere, all knowing, all powerful God made to go through to create all we know and don’t know as of yet. In the beginning was the Word and the Word was with God and the Word was God (Jn. 1:1) that created the heavens and the earth (Ge. 1:1), through him all things were made and without him nothing was made that has been made (Jn. 1:3). Everywhere God can do or say anything He wants from all locations appearing to us as many gods when we only understand there is one of us in one location. The Word is simply the one doorway God, which is a Spirit, chose to create all things and God deemed the Word to be the best representative of Himself. At this point of creation we are seeing Him as the Father of all creation by His own design. He wants us to see as much as we can with understanding and perception of fatherhood – of His and ours. The key is the Word being His choice to go through to us and all creation. The Word is His way of saying I want you to understand and perceive because He has already faced one of His creations (angels), who had free will as we do, that chose the opposite of God and is paying the price.

Now, about the doorway God chose to go through. He already had a group of angels to not believe in Him and wanted to take over. Freewill and free belief are the two core elements God gave His creations to use for themselves. It makes total sense why God chose to work His works through the Word. Words are what we come to form our beliefs freely and willfully follow. Also, we (mankind) were made in the image of God and the Word, which is spirit and life. This is why Jesus being God manifested in the flesh said the words that I speak unto you they are spirit and they are life (Jn 6:63). All of creation was created by Spirit and Life of God. Adam was different from all other creations because he had the breathe of God breathed into him creating the body and the soul. Adam had the spirit and life of God in him (the Word) to be able to connect with God’s intelligence to name all the animals that God brought before him to watch what he would name them (Ge. 2:19, 20). God gave Adam His Word of doctrine to eat of any tree in the garden except the tree of the knowledge of good and evil because it would bring death. Eve and Adam believed another word doctrine from the devil and chose the opposite of God’s Word and ate of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil causing death and disease upon all the earth because it was under our dominion. This changed everything from the spirit and life status to death, but God inserted into us a day of redemption the Word would return us to spirit and life through one of mankind’s children.
God’s ministry to us in the old testament was as a Father trying to guide His lost children back home. God is a spirit and it is time for Him to join His children in physical form to restore us to spirit and life. We have already talked about God and the Word is the same (Jn. 1:1). The Word (God) became flesh (Jn. 1:14) and dwelt among us (mankind). He was seen as the one and only Son who came from the Father. A virgin woman was found pregnant through the Holy Spirit, from the Holy Spirit, his name is to be called Jesus because he will save people from their sins and be known as God with us.  (Mtt. 1:18, 20, 23; Lu. 1:35). God is establishing another phase with us from His Father ministry to a Son ministry. He is now in a fleshly body (He. 2:14) showing us how real sons of God should be. Now, God inside of Jesus the man gave us a ministry of man and God, which is the fellowship God had with Adam in the beginning before Adam chose wrong and sinned. We were meant to be one with God – oneness.
As a man Jesus would hunger and thirst, but as God inside of Jesus He would feed 5000 with a couple of fishes and few loaves of bread (Mtt. 14:19). Everything Jesus did was a ministry on how we should act as true children of God. Jesus showed us obedience and the everywhere present God including inside of Jesus would show signs (a dove) for others and speak from the heavens to confirm His presence (Lu. 3:22). God has from the very beginning attempted to show us key things about Himself. He is an everywhere present God who can be at many places at once. Our minds struggle with the thoughts of an all present, all knowing, all powerful God can be anything, do anything from anywhere at the same time. We (mankind) will always fall short in putting God in a limited box in our minds with limited abilities. As I said earlier to put a number on God is not enough because how can you number the limitless presence of God? God the Spirit can speak from heaven, form a dove coming down to fulfill what He told John the Baptist, and still be inside of Jesus the man. God did everything He could through the man Jesus to show us the way, the truth and the life back to Him. This is why when they asked how to be saved Peter told them to repent (completely turn your back on sins), be baptized in water in the name of Jesus Christ (the blood is in the name of Jesus because you can’t crucify the Father or Holy Spirit) for the washing away of all your sins and receiving the gift of the Holy Spirit just like the apostles did for it is a promise to them, their children and to all a far off (Acts 2:38, 39).
The Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit are the three things God wanted us to focus on with understanding and perception, not dividing God up into three gods. Three is not enough to number the all present everywhere, all knowing all things, and all powerful over all God. Jesus is the Father/the Word in Spirit form in the beginning, and the physical son to provide blood/death payment for our sins, and the Holy Spirit to guide and teach us all truth. These are the three elements we are to connect with to return to the oneness with God that we lost from the beginning. These are ministries, and phases of the one and true God did to redeem us, establish fellowship, and guidance for the rest of our days until we make it home to Him in Heaven.
God chose the Word to be the one door to all things and Jesus is that Word giving us spirit and life once again. Jesus said, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me (Jn 14:6). This is the second chance and second birth to walk with God.

Not Afraid of Truth

We probably don’t remember all the questions we use to ask as a child, but some questions we may remember because of the response we got. As we have become older we have seen and heard other children asking question after question. Some topics we learned were alright to ask questions about and some topics we developed a fear to ask about. “That’s just the way it is“, “Somethings are never meant to be known“, “It is a mystery that we cannot understand“, “Your great-grandfather, your grandfather, your father, and that is the way it will be for you“, “it is the way it is“, are just some of the replies we have heard all of our lives in response to our questions.

A student said to another student “that was a stupid question” and you could feel the beating down of those words echoing through everyone’s mind. The teacher spoke and said, “There are no stupid questions, only the ones you do not ask“. Over the many years from a young child to adulthood we have submitted ourselves to the pressure of “that was a stupid question“, “you should not question that” and “you’re wrong just do what you are told“.

After living life long enough to be used by people, lied to by people, backstabbing by people, falsely accused by people, smile in your face and talk behind your back people you develop a broken heart, don’t believe, don’t trust anyone and question everything around you. The old saying of “Don’t judge a book by its cover” rings loud and clear to what may be hidden beneath the cover of the pages inside could be totally opposite of what the outside is proclaiming. I feel in love with the words to a song “Smilin Faces Sometimes” by the Undisputed Truth group and still holds it to be true to this day concerning people. This will leave a huge hole in your life unless you find that something to fill that emptiness, but who can you trust?

A family that is religious does not mean when you are born into this family that you are automatically preset religious. Going to church does not mean you are automatically a believer. A worldly family does not mean when you are born into this family that you are automatically preset to be worldly. As a growing young person you will have questions for the world as to why they do the things they do and questions for the religion as to why they do the things they do. Questions are simply a desire to know truth. The world and the church have some things in common – they are both made up of people. People in the world and the church can get upset when you ask questions because the answer could be a truth neither one wants to face.

I came to a place in life I trusted animals more than I did people. At least animals are true to their nature. People can pretend, act like, and present themselves to be one thing and all along inside they are another, which I have come to know as wolves in sheep’s clothing (Mt. 7:15), disguised as an angel of light, demons as servers of righteousness (2 Cor. 11:14). People can look beautiful and all cleaned up on the outside, but on the inside full of dead men’s bones and everything unclean (Mtt. 23:27). People can and will fall short in failure to all of us because they are not perfect all the time, which is another excuse of mankind to purposely fail due to imperfection. Then what do we do in this quest for just pure truth.

After searching for many years for answers of truth in people I heard that thought crossing over my mind “You have tried everything else why not try Me ” – Me as in God. We spend too much time searching in fleshly people than we do the Spirit of God. I got a Bible and started treating it as my friend. I started asking any and every question I ever wanted to ask searching them out in the Bible. How do You feel about jealousy? How do You feel about marriage? How do You feel about anger? How do You react to liars? How should a wife be or a husband? An open relationship was born between my spirit and God’s Spirit through His Word – the Bible. Sure people wrote the Bible, but they were led by the Spirit of God beyond their fleshly faults – cool right.

Entering into the religious world (looking for people to fellowship) reveals very quickly all the diverse of beliefs and doctrines. You find again the questions you may have are pushed away with generic answers to pacify or avoided with that it is not meant for mankind to know responses. Again, you quickly see that this walk with God should never be based upon a foundation of people, but on the rock solid floor of fellowship between you and God. Don’t even let a hypocrite get between you and God for nothing should get between you and the friend that will never let you down – Jesus, God in the flesh.

The Bible and God’s Spirit became my absolute best friend. I trust no one more than Him and His Word. When people discover this about you then the bar room religions come out, the chicken before the egg comes out, three Gods versus one God, plan of salvation comes out, once saved always saved comes out, sprinkling of water or water baptism comes out, what is heaven and hell issues comes out, and many other things comes out. People will take the word of God and begin to swing it like a bat, twist it for their personal gain, hide behind it for their sinful deeds, and control others for personal glory.  The Bible has been used to war against others.

My relationship with God and His word is like a Father’s love for his son and a son’s love for his Father. I am not afraid (1 Jn. 4:18) to ask questions or be asked questions about the Bible. I do not know all things, but what I do know is that I can trust God and His word to provide answers of pure truth. As an example: All I knew was to confess I believe in Jesus Christ as my personal savior I would automatically receive His Spirit (Ro. 10:9), and water baptism in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit (Mtt.28:19) was an outward confession of my faith in Jesus Christ. I walked with God every day in all the truth I had about Him. One day I met someone at a place where I was working that said to me no one in the Bible was ever baptized in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit, but only in the name of Jesus Christ. I kindly replied is that so and did not swing the Word of God as a bat against him. I went home and began to ask my best Friend (God and His word) about what this person had said. I first discovered that there is no record of anyone saying the words in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit over them in water baptism. This is my Friend and His word that he was talking about. I found in the book of Acts, that I hardly ever heard anyone speak about, several places where the people were baptized in the name of Jesus Christ and not for the reason of public profession of their faith, but for the purpose of removing their sins, which is fantastic removing your sins. How important is it to have your sins washed away. I absolutely love the thoughts of having my sins washed away in the name of Jesus. There is no more powerful name than the name of Jesus (Acts 4:12). In my later studies with God and His word I came to understand that the blood of the lamb was inside the name of Jesus, the Spirit and the Father are made of Spirit with no blood in them. You cannot kill the Father or the Spirit on the cross only Jesus the man side. Jesus is the name of the Father – I came in my Father’s name Jesus said (Jn. 5:43; 10:25), Jesus is the name of the Son (Mtt. 1:21), and the Holy Spirit is sent to us in the name of Jesus (Jn. 14:26). These three titles are represented in one name – Jesus.

I trusted the Bible more than I trusted people. I studied and prayed to make sure this person was not twisting the words of the Bible for his own religious brainwashing. When I found consistency and God’s approval that is all I needed to trust my best Friend in doing what I needed to do to get closer to Him. I was baptized in water in the name of Jesus Christ for the removal of all my sins (Acts 2:38) not because of this person’s word, not because of religious peer pressure, but because my heavenly Father was in full agreement of this is being born of the water (Jn. 3:5). It is extremely simple Jesus disciple the apostles to the day he died on the cross, was buried, and rose on the third day giving them instructions on what to do when He, Jesus, leaves the earth passing onto the apostles what to preach and the first sermon of what to do to be saved was preached in Acts chapter two. God the Father (Spirit) passed on the ministry to the Son Jesus (God inside of his flesh), passed on the ministry to the apostles born again of the water and the Spirit (Spirit-Flesh-Spirit Ministry). We now have this ministry to pass onto others without fear of questions.

Religions are afraid to surrender themselves in the simple truths of the Bible. Their traditions are more important than pure truth. I choose to live freely with no fear of questions about my best friend God and His word. Do not be afraid to question for if it is of man’s doctrine – it will fail, but if it is from God it will be unstoppable (Acts 5:38,39). For we can do nothing against the truth, but for the truth (2 Cor. 13:8).

Don’t be afraid to ask questions. God wants you to know everything.
