God’s Side

I have discovered over time that God loves to share with us if we will take the time and slow down to look and listen for Him. He loves to open our perception and understanding so the healing process can begin converting the bad into the good. The Spirit of God started a fellowship with mankind in the garden of Eden at the beginning of creation. A true relationship has a sharing of themselves in an agreement of oneness. You have your unique ways and the other has their unique ways that come together in the middle with an acceptance of agreeing as one. Even though we broke the relationship God has not given up on continuing that relationship with you and I. He is completely all about bringing us back together. This is the greatest almost hidden in plain sight love story to all the world. People get to caught up with quickly bashing God and lashing out to Him with the blame for all things bad that happens.

I often visit the garden of Eden looking for answers of why would Adam and Eve go against God’s warning of the only tree in the entire world that would bring death upon them and why were they not satisfied with all the other things. The first thing God explained to me about the garden of Eden was He created  Adam and eve (including all of us today) like Himself with the complete freedom of choice (free will). Also, on a side note the angels possess this freedom to choose. This is why there are a great number of them in darkness converted to the opposite of goodness because of their free will choice. Again, they were not happy with the way God had things set up, which is amazing to me how much better could you be than what God has set up? I have always tried looking from their point of view seeking wisdom and understanding for with it the power of awareness is released inside of me and you.

All the evil in this world is due to a free will choice Adam and Eve made with the devil. God gave Adam and Eve, His children, complete authority over all the earth and whatever they did impacted the entire earth. When they chose to eat of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil that God had warned would bring death. Their free will choice effected the rest of the world bringing death, hell, and disease. IT IS NOT GOD’S FAULT we made the choice and our free will choice brought this upon us just as you and I today make bad choices. Again, that is on our side of this partnership of existence with God.  God loves us so much that even in our bad choices as a loving Father He put into motion a plan to save us from that bad choice.

As I am reading in the book of Genesis I have visited the creation to the best of my imagination witnessing the dark and void of empty space as God speaks “Let there be light“, separating them calling the light “Day” and the darkness “Night“; seeing the waters separate into the air we breathe, water separated from land we stand on, and the shinning stars in space. I have stood there looking on the ground at the lifeless form of a man created from the dust of the earth watching as the Spirit breath of God enters the man his outward skin smooths out with the color of life. Animals and birds roaming free upon the trees, grass, fields, streams, and mountains. God watching Adam name all the animals. God not liking Adam being alone and He caused a great sleep to fall on Adam taking a rib from Adam creating a help mate so he would not be alone. Sun, moon, day, night, water, air, land, grass, herbs, trees, fish, birds, animals, man and woman created with individual purpose of life.

All the while these things were going through my mind. He (God) dropped the thought in there about how He gave Adam and Eve (and us) the free will to choose that there are always at least two sides to a story, more than a one way street, and a sharing one with another. I stood there once again in the garden of Eden in my imagination and I now saw everything there was from God’s free will choice. He wanted by the free will of His choice the sun, the moon, the day, the night, the waters, the air, the land, the grass, the herbs, the trees, the fishes, the birds, the animals, the man and the woman all created with individual purpose of life. God’s free will. He is the other side of our partnership. I have always studied hard about Adam and Eve, creation, and the devil’s tactics causing the fall of mankind, but I have never slowed down until now to look at creation as something that came from God’s free will choice – His heart. He wanted the sun, moon, the earth, and mankind. He wanted us. All of this was born from God’s free will. God has so much respect for free will that He gave it to us. Now, I see creation respecting His side of this partnership as something He wanted. It is amazing when you start looking for His heart and His will behind things of the past, present and future.

Now, I am staring at God’s side as He deals with something He did not want to happen in the garden of Eden. He did not want Adam and Eve to eat of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil because it would bring death. If He did not care He would not have said anything to Adam and Eve, but He did want them to understand the after effects of their choice. You may ask why did God even put the tree there? We can not truly stand strong and independent like Him if we cannot face both good things and bad things making the right free will choice within ourselves – strong within. God created His temple with all the angels as He wanted it in heaven. He is a God who is not afraid of choices. The angels had the free will to choose inside of them. This is what God wanted – God wanted free will. God chose for Himself that He is a God of goodness, love, and light, but for there to be a choice there has to be another side to goodness, love, and light to make a choice. The one tree of the knowledge of good and evil was a part of the free will choice, but He directed Adam and Eve to stay away from it because He had already experienced some of the angels that chose to go from their eternal good state that He created into their own creation of the opposite – eternal evil state. He started them off with His choice and heart beat, but they and us wanted to try the other opposite side of God. None of the evil is God’s fault.

Look at God right now as you would another person seeing them with their own desires and free will choices. This will absolutely blow your mind, heart, and soul once the eyes of your spirit start looking for God in the background with the people of the Bible, people of the world, and us today having His own hopes, desires, and will just waiting there for us to turn into His open arms.

Woman at the Well

Jesus , God in a fleshly body, left Judea and went back to Galilee because he wanted to go through Samaria. God had a desire and will to go through specifically Samaria. Jesus was tired and stopped at a well of great importance to the local people not because of its water source only, but because Jacob had given it to his son Joseph. He was alone at the well because his disciples went into town to buy food. As Jesus sat at the well a Samaritan woman came to draw water having a pitcher in which to put it in. When she got closer Jesus spoke up and asked, “Will you give me a drink?” The first words out of the Samaritan woman’s mouth were “You are a Jew and I am a Samaritan woman. How can you ask me for a drink?” She was immediately jumped onto the defensive side because at this time there was a separation of Jews having nothing to do with Samaritans. Jesus replies, “If you knew the gift of God and who it is that asks you for a drink, you would have asked him and he would have given you living water.” God did not want to focus on racial gaps of mankind. “Sir“, the woman said, “you have nothing to draw with and the well is deep. Where can you get this living water?” “Are you greater than our father Jacob, who gave us the well and drank from it himself, as did also his sons and his livestock?” Staying on the defense she points to her ancestry challenging Jesus value in comparison. Jesus answers, “Everyone who drinks this water will be thirsty again, but whoever drinks the water I give them will never thirst. Indeed, the water I give them will become in them a spring of water welling up to eternal life.” God desires to stay on the water of eternal life. The woman replies, “Sir, give me this water so that I won’t get thirsty and have to keep coming here to draw water.” Now, she is opening up the gate to her defensive walls. Her reactions are coming from her will and desires. Jesus told her, “Go, call your husband and come back.” God is going from the water of eternal life to something inside of her that needs attention first – His desire at work. She says, “I have no husband.” Jesus said to her, “You are right when you say you have no husband. The fact is, you have had five husbands, and the man you now have is not your husband. What you have just said is quite true.” The woman says, “Sir, I can see that you are a prophet. Our ancestors worshiped on this mountain, but you Jews claim that the place where we must worship is in Jerusalem” She closes her gate peering out from the crack of it stating what she believes and challenging the topic of true worship. Woman,” Jesus replied, “believe me, a time is coming when you will worship the Father neither on this mountain nor in Jerusalem. You Samaritans worship what you do not know; we worship what we do know, for salvation is from the Jews. Yet a time is coming and has now come when the true worshipers will worship the Father in the Spirit and in truth, for they are the kind of worshipers the Father seeks. God is spirit, and his worshipers must worship in the Spirit and in truth. God desiring for her to see the truth of water and worship must be in spirit and in truth coming from within  her spirit. The woman said, “I know that Messiah” (called Christ) “is coming. When he comes, he will explain everything to us.” Now, her mind, heart, and soul has seized up with the “understanding is beyond us” and someone else will come along to teach us attempting to pass this down the road into the future. Then Jesus declared, “I, the one speaking to you—I am he.” God wanted to bring her back from the future thinking into the present with the offer of eternal water, her husbands, and where to worship God. At this moment the disciples arrive finding Jesus, a Jew, talking with this Samaritan woman. In their minds they were saying to the woman, “What do you want” or to Jesus they were thinking “Why are you talking with her?” At this awkward quite moment the woman leaves for town with her water jar left behind with Jesus and his disciples.

God’s Desire

This is where God desired to go. He wanted to be alone at this well waiting for just her. Put yourself in her shoes that God is making His way to a place to meet with just you alone. She arrives and God asks her for water. Her eyes see only a man with Jewish garments identifying his nationality and immediately throwing out words of defense against prejudiceness in the land. God wanted to help her with her spiritual thirstiness. He did not respond to the prejudice statement. It did not concern Him. His desire and His free will was looking past what nationality her flesh was and was more interested in the condition of her spirit. Her will was to defend herself against this what she thought condescending Jew. His will was locked  onto connecting with this thirsty soul. God wants her to know there is water He can give that is living water. Keeping her wits about her she sees nothing to reach into the well of Jacob to draw water from and she says to Him “you have nothing to draw” it with. This is amazing she was unknowingly saying to God you have nothing, yet to God He wanted to fill her nothing with His something. She continues to say,  are you greater than Jacob who dug it, drank from it, and watered his livestock? God wanted to guide her from the physical water she was focused on to the spiritual water He has to offer. God wanted her ears to hear everyone that drinks from this physical well will thirst again, but the water I shall give will completely satisfy the thirsty soul and become a spring of water welling up inside them all the way to eternal life. His water of life is not hidden in some deep dark well in the earth, but sitting right next to her looking her in the face seeing the condition of her soul with love.

God’s side to this meeting is here I am with open arms allow Me to help you. Her side started with defense, slight opening of the gate, closing the gate, opening the gate, and going back to town in wonder of what just occurred. God wants what separates her from Him to be removed so they can become one. I can see love in His eyes for her. It was a must in His heart to go to this certain place. She was going to be there. As you are reading this and I am typing this I can feel Him reaching to you and me with a certain desire for each us. He has a longing desire from His side to touch us and help us to join Him in a oneness of fellowship. I say, Lord let your Spirit speak to me and speak to whoever is reading this now.

God’s Will – continued

She now wants this water He speaks of, but He wanted and desired to first work with what was inside her before getting the water. He said to her to call her husband and come back. She told the truth that she had no husband, but there was something there God wanted to help her with (He wanted). God wanted her to truly see Him now. He told her you have said the truth to me, but you have had in the past five husbands and the man you are now with in sin is not your husband. God was sitting at this well-looking into her soul with a desire to help her. She had been with a total of six men and was still unsatisfied. She realizes this is no ordinary man sitting at the well and she goes back to playing the racial card that you Jews say you must worship in Jerusalem when our ancestors worshiped God in this mountain attempting the avoidance of the husband issue. God respects her detour and continued to share with what He wanted to free her from that worship will no longer be restricted to certain areas, but free to everyone everywhere from inside their hearts. God pointed her towards the salvation that will happen inside the Jewish people that will go to all the world. It will be to all that will worship in spirit and in truth for this is what God desires. God’s will from His side of this partnership is to be loved in spirit and in truth. She stays on track with her side of the fending off with that the Messiah will explain all of this when he comes. God looking at her through the eyes of Jesus opens His mouth and says to her “I, the one speaking to you – I am he“. God wanted her to stop running from the things within herself and come to Me for I will give you rest for your weary soul.

Woman left for Town

When she arrived in town she started telling the people Come, see a man who told me everything I ever did. Could this be the Messiah?  They came out of the town and made their way toward him. Many of the Samaritans from that town believed in him because of the woman’s testimony, “He told me everything I ever did. So when the Samaritans came to him, they urged him to stay with them, and he stayed two days. And because of his words many more became believers. They said to the woman, “We no longer believe just because of what you said; now we have heard for ourselves, and we know that this man really is the Savior of the world. (John 4). Now, God has not only reached one lost daughter, but a great number of other sons and daughters from town. Allow God to meet with you, talk with you and you with Him in all your defenses and concerns. If you will hang in there with Him you may find yourself so happy that you find yourself trying to get others to give Him a chance and meet with Him as you did.

Exchanging A Day

Exchanging a day of your life” is about the inward spirit you and the value of yourself. How much do you value the seconds and minutes of your day? “Exchanging a day of your life” is giving yourself away to something. What are you giving a day of your life away to?

Spending a day of your life is something you can never get back. You can spend money on things and get more money to replace the money you spent, but your seconds and your minutes of your life is something you can never get back or be replaced. The exchange of the seconds and minutes of your day goes into a unretrievable  history box. You only get one chance to spend your day. You are important and what you give yourself over to daily is important physically and spiritually.

You and I are probably blessed to be of a descent physical health, but there are those their life of living is the heart beat of seconds and minutes you and I take for granted. We have seen age is not the exception from the young to the older that time waits for no one. Death is no respecter of person. Growing older and slowing down is no respecter of person. What you exchange for a day of your life is important.

Looking into the unretrievable box of history what have you exchanged for your days of your life for? What is the first feeling you are getting from your thoughts of your past? Is it happiness, sadness, regret, unfulfilled, complete, and lost some of the things you are feeling?  Were your memories of your days spent sacrificing for others? Did you spend them for yourself? Were they days of wandering without purpose? The value of those days you exchanged your life were they beneficial for someone else or something you love? What have you done with your life and what are you going to exchange it for?

What all have we spent in the “Exchanging a day” of our life? Someone may think I have spent my physical body daily in this exchange? Some may say I have spent my mind daily in this exchange. The giving of ourselves always takes more than we realize. At any given moment you may stop while looking in a mirror in the middle of doing your daily routine and you see yourself for the first time from the unretrievable history box the person you are looking at has really changed from the you that you remember. The thoughts of when did I get so old-looking? You start looking at your hands remembering the hands of your parents with the age spots and the wrinkles with the shock of your hands are approaching what you saw in them. This is the time you realize you have given more in the “Exchanging a day of your life“. Every day routine can be so busy that the exchange happens right in front of you subtracting away another day of your life.

Today, I gave myself away to ______________. I gave myself away to: a steering wheel delivering things, answering phone calls, typing information into a computer, standing on a car lot, guarding a gate, managing a store, selling something in an office full of cubicles, tending to sick people, stocking shelves, mowing yards, serving food, and the list goes on to what you gave away for a day of your life. Your life is precious no matter what anyone says. Your existence is important and what you exchange a day of your life is important to you and to those around you.

A certain loving caring man came into town helping anyone and everyone. People gathered around him desiring for his kindness to fall upon them. His fame grew to the place crowds in each little town he visited would press around him. He took in personal helpers to assist with his giving to others. He became a man very well-loved by the everyday people, but there were those in leadership positions dedicated themselves to stopping this wonderful man’s kind ministry due to their jealousy and fear. One day the jealous leaders found a helper in the inner circle of this loving caring man who would assist them in betraying him. On a certain night the helper guided the soldiers through the other followers to arrest this kind loving man. The helper found him among the others speaking to him a greeting and with a kiss upon his cheek, which was the signal,  he was the one whom they were seeking. The soldiers took away the man who had done such wonderful things to all the people.

The helper who betrayed him realized with a clear understanding and conviction in his heart that his actions condemned that loving caring man to death. Regret set in upon the helper so much so he wanted to return the money the jealous leaders paid him for his betrayal. He even cried out to them “I have sinned” because “I have betrayed innocent blood“. The jealous leaders got their usage of what they wanted from the helper and had no concern for him. His regret was nothing to them and he was responsible for his actions. The money was not enough to take back in exchange for the freedom of that loving, caring, innocent man’s life. In that present moment the helper threw the money into the floor refusing to keep what he had taken from the past desiring his future free and clear of what he had exchanged for a day of his life.

I can see the helper sitting there as he starts looking into the unretrievable history box of the actions of his hands reaching out to hold the bag of money for betrayal, his foot steps going forward with soldiers around him, hearing his own voice speaking with greetings pin pointing his target as he closes in his lips for a kiss signaling the kindest man he had ever met in his life marking him for death. My hands, my feet, my voice, my lips, my heart, my soul has betrayed innocent blood. I was wrong and now I cannot take it back. I have exchanged a day of my life-giving myself away for the betrayal of an innocent man (Mtt. 26:48, 49; 27:3-5).

What we do everyday is important in the seconds and minutes of our life. In each day we are exchanging our actions with a day of our life spent in a unretrievable way. The helper had to look at palms of his hands for the questions how could money be more important than that loving man’s ministry. He had to look at his feet  for the questions why did you go forward step after step making your way to the kindest man you had ever known. He had to ask why his eyes diligently looked for him, finding him, and looking into those kind eyes and face. How could my voice have spoken such betraying words and my lips being the last kiss upon a man who only did good. We all have done things we should not have done, went places where we should not have went, said things we should not have said, and touched in ways we should not have touched.

How important is your day? How important are your words in that day of your life? How important is your actions to yourself and others? What is the effect and value of what you are doing everyday for others and your own soul? We give ourselves over to songs, movies, social media, people s opinions and allow them to take from our days the happiness we should experience. You are important. I cannot express enough how important you are to God. Calvary is God’s love picture for us. He cares about what you exchange yourself on a daily basis. God came into our time inside of Jesus to exchange the days of Jesus for us. The Bible is given to us by our Creator to gleam from on how to exchange the days of our precious life with the highest achievable value beyond what man can appraise.

If you have read this far I want to say, “Thank you” for exchanging your time from a day of your life to these words and may they bless you on the future things you give yourself away. I hope you feel the “Thank you” fill your heart with the kindness I have in them.

I understand what I am doing and saying is giving myself away to those actions. Do you want to give yourself away to arguing, bickering, jealousy, sadness, loneliness? Do you want to gossip, back stab or use people as stepping-stones?  The helper/disciple that betrayed Jesus can never change his past. I am glad that I can exchange my awful past through Jesus Christ. The Bible speaks of us as like a book that things are written in them. You and I can have that book written of us erased for all the terrible things we did in our past (the unretrievable box) and start a new chapter.

The helper/disciple of Jesus exchanged his hands, feet, and voice for betrayal out of a day of his life. We can exchange our hands being lifted up surrendering to a forgiving Father in repentance of our past taking those steps down into water baptism in Jesus name washing away our sins blotting out what was written in the book of our past (unretrievable box) by the blood of Jesus, and rising up out of the water with the voice of freedom, praising God expecting Him to fill us with His promised Spirit giving us the utterance of a born again child of God (Acts 2:4, 8, 17, 21, 38) .

What you do every day is important because you are exchanging a day of your life for it. Your life is far more important than just the labor of your hands to maintain a physical substance of living. Your spirit inside deserves a daily life of good things to be written down in the volume of your book. In love, I say be careful of what you give yourself away in the seconds and minutes of each precious day you live. May you feel Him though He be not far from every one of us. God Bless.

Behind the Windshield

In the beginning of the creation of man God took the dust of the earth and formed a natural earthly image and likeness of Himself. If you were to look on the ground at this moment as God’s Spirit hovers over the clay body you would see a man lying there like an artistic clay statue. God goes up to the nostrils of the earth made clay statue of a man representing an image like a child of its parent and He breathes His Spirit breath of life into it. God’s Spirit breath was more than air in the lungs of the lifeless clay statue. God’s Spirit breath brought life to the entire natural dust of the earth body. The clay shell became living skin. The clay parts inside the body all representing a type and shadow of God came to life with expanding lungs drawing in air and a heart pumping blood to all the body. God’s Spirit breath converted the clay into a physical natural living vessel of flesh, but His Spirit breath filled that body with a born consciousness living spirit being with the intelligence to rule over all the earth like his Father that rules over all things (Ge. 1:26; 2:7; 1 Cor. 15:45-48). An earthly, natural, physical fleshly body and a spirit being inside the body with intelligence from his Father – that is you and me.

In every vessel (physical fleshly body) there is a driver. Every person has a spirit driver. When your physical eye sight looks into another person’s eyes you are immediately seeing the color of their eyes and the whiteness around them. This is seeing the surface of the eyes of who is looking back at you from their life source. Their physical eyes is just the surface like a windshield of a vehicle with behind it a driver and possible passengers looking back at you. The key to this “Past the Surface” is maintaining a visual image of people’s eyes  you look into are like windshields of cars being driven and carrying something inside it. Take your time, this is a deep look into a world of things hidden in plain sight. People are like vehicles and their eyes are like looking into their vehicle through the windshield.

If there is a single spirit driver behind those eyes, like a windshield of a vehicle, looking at you then it is the original spiritual being with the accumulated personal experiences and standard code of living behind the steering wheel of their actions. The eyes you are looking into have a level of understanding and perceiving that they use to decide how they will drive their vehicle of flesh towards you. You are dealing with their stuff only.

I said previously, “If there is a single spirit driver behind those eyes…” implying it is possible  for a physical fleshly natural body (vessel, vehicle) to have more than just one spirit driver and/or driving under the influence of another. The original spirit owner of that body has allowed other things to move inside influencing the physical driving of their vessel in words and in physical deeds. This is a place where you can start looking at those around you and yourself at the things they and you allow into your vehicle.

The person in front of you behind their eyes the windshield to what is inside their vehicle will be a  mixture of things. Our bodies and spirit have a partnership from birth to the grave. The one that dominates the other determines who is behind the wheel of their vehicle that you are talking with. A man will marry a woman with hidden things behind his eyes inside his fleshly vehicle that she does not know about until after they are married. A woman will marry a man for other reasons the man did not see past their eyes to the inside of their fleshly vehicle. People at the place you work have hidden motives that they schemingly put into place at the best of their ability to get something they want whether it is promotions, power, or money. This is stuff they have allowed inside their vehicle hidden behind the windshield of their eyes. You and I only see the outside color of their eyes and facial expression.

The partnership from babies, to children, to young adult, and to adulthood of the physical clay body and the spirit being inside draws its conclusions from one or all three things from the desires of the flesh, the desire of the eyes, and the pride of life. Inside their vehicle they may have beer and other types of alcohol. This is the desires of the flesh taking over the driver seat wanting physical earthly highs. It can be drugs, sex, and brawling forming an addiction in the flesh taking over the driver seat. The eyes you could be looking into have hidden desires of the flesh giving you a fake outward appearance just to get what they physically desire. A person can look at things in this world desiring to have them above what they are meant to have. The desire of their eyes can take over driving working with envy, jealousy, hatred, lust, idol worship of someone or some thing, and immoral thoughts. The lust of the things their eyes have looked upon has taken over the driver’s seat of their actions. Some people you talk with have their pride driving their bodies vehicle. Their selfishness, desire to be number one, greater than everyone else, you are below me attitude, and my ambition is more important than anyone else is behind the windshield of their eyes.

Are you starting to see what could be hidden behind people’s eyes? Are you seeing what is behind your windshield inside your vehicle? Examining yourself and discovering what is underneath your own nose are the first steps to true freedom. Everything I mentioned in the previous paragraph are things that causes you to drive out of control and wreck your life, but this is only from the things of this world. There are other things that can take over as the driver of your body and spirit not of this world.

Voices of influence can seem good, sound good, and have the appearance of being good all the while there was a hidden agenda to get you involved with their plans. Adam and Eve listened to the devil and allowed his words to become the driver of their bodies in eating the one fruit in the garden that was evil that God had tried to warn them about previously. Words of others can manipulate your spirit driver of your body to do their work for them. Where did Cain get the idea murdering his brother Abel was the answer and solution to not having the best offering? Was this a one shot offering or were there other future chances and this was a learning experience? Jesus told us that when an impure spirit comes out of a person, it goes through dry places seeking rest and does not find it. Then it says, ‘I will return to the house I left.’ When it arrives, it finds the house (your body/fleshly vehicle) unoccupied, swept clean and put in order. Then it goes and takes with it seven other spirits more wicked than itself, and they go in and live there. And the final condition of that person is worse than the first (Mtt. 12:43-45). Evil fallen spirits can push you over to the passenger seat and sit down into your driver seat behind your windshield and drive your life recklessly over others. If they leave according to Jesus they will come back with seven more to squeeze into your vehicle. This happens by listening to their voices of evil and you accepting their ideas as your own opening up your car door for them to drive you any way they want. Have you ever looked into the eyes of someone who seemed like there was something else inside them?

There are people you encounter that have that powerful love inside their eyes. Their windshield to their vehicle has a glow from within that you can’t quite place your finger on what exactly it is in them. You have looked into the eyes of some that have a gleaming joy and happiness in them. When you meet someone who has that peace, kindness, goodness, gentleness and self-control behind their eyes it makes you want to be around them more and to have what they have inside of yourself.

What do you want behind your windshield sitting in your driver seat of your body? Who do you want to allow to be inside your vehicle telling you things, influencing the directions and roads you take in life? Are you alone inside your fleshly vehicle? Is there something or someone in there with you behind your eyes doing things to others you really don’t want to do? Do you want them out?

You have probably read the bumper sticker that God/Jesus was their co-pilot. When I was filled with God’s Holy Spirit it was different  from Adam in the beginning. Mine was the in-filling of the Spirit of Jesus that brings me new life. God did not want to be a passenger nor the driver. God wanted to be in a oneness relationship with me. He and I together drive this fleshly vehicle agreeing one with another. God does not want a dictator’s relationship nor a one way street relationship. I agree neither do I want a dictatorship, but a free will drawing of His wisdom relationship. I don’t want a one way street relationship, but a giving and receiving from one another.

Behind the windshield of my eyes I want the spirit of truth guiding (Jn. 16:13) me everyday. As my outward body made of the dust of this earth grows old and deteriorates I want my inward man to be renewed day by day (2 Cor. 4:16) with God’s strength. I would rather people see God along with my spirit behind my eyes than the negative, hateful, selfishness you see almost everywhere you go in this world.

Now, it is time to examine yourself on who you want driving your fleshly vehicle and who you want people to see behind your eyes through the windshield in your driver seat.  I have a another part that will follow this one that will be on “Seeing in the Windshield“.

Just One Tree

A beautiful afternoon with just the right temperature, a sky filled with good soothing colors, and we are standing among one hundred trees bearing all kinds of fruit. We have been given one hundred percent freedom of choice to eat from any of them. One hundred percent of absolute of our free will choice of all the trees. Our host pointed out to us there is “Just One Tree” out of the one hundred trees that will produce a different outcome from all the rest – “Just One Tree“. We wake up each morning to find all the trees bearing fruit for us as we walk along gazing upon thinking to ourselves”what tree will I try today?” just like a kid in a freshly baked donut shop with all the sweet smells of choices. The good choices far out number the bad choice. Ninety-nine easy choices of good with just one choice of evil to avoid a bad outcome. One hundred percent of absolute freedom of choice of all one hundred trees with the exception of one that would bring death “Just One Tree“.

It is hard to imagine an entire world absent of evil, death, and disease locked away inside “Just One Tree“. A world no matter where you walked there was no harm to come to you. A world without any fear of anything at all completely. A world absolutely free from sadness, grief, and despair. Adam and Eve had “Just One Tree” to avoid to continue to live in a world of absolute freedom from pain, sorrow, and sad goodbyes. I could not imagine a life with free laughter at no ones expense, free joy without side effects, free love without strings attached, free friendships with no hidden agendas, free kindness wanting nothing in return, free acceptance as you are, and the list goes on. “Just One Tree” could totally change all of the world and the things in it.

One day Eve is walking along with Adam among the figurative one hundred trees. No voices were heard from the ninety-nine, but as they passed by the “Just One Tree” a voice spoke up and said to Eve “Did God really say, ‘You must not eat from any tree in the garden’?”“You will not certainly die,” the voice said. “For God knows that when you eat from it your eyes will be opened, and you will be like God, knowing good and evil.” Out of the long line of great tasting healthy trees of a good life “Just One Tree” Eve made the decision that its fruit was good (opposite of God) for food, pleasing to her eyes, and believing the gaining of wisdom like gods from “Just One Tree“. Adam who was with her ate also completing the release of disease, death, and hell upon all mankind along with the entire world because of “Just One Tree“. (Ge. 2:16, 17, Ge. 3)

We wake up every day not finding always a beautiful day with just the right temperature, a sky filled with soothing colors, no danger, and we are standing among one hundred trees bearing all kinds of good fruit just for us. We wake from our birth to our death in this world with figuratively ninety-nine choices of evil and only one choice of good of which not all know about.

Adam and Eve had two sons who were named Cain and Abel. On a certain day the two sons brought an offering to God that their parents once openly and freely fellowship among the one hundred figurative trees. Death is upon all of the earth because of “Just One Tree” separating them from the God of life. Cain the oldest offered from his garden and Abel offered from his flock of animals. God favored Abel’s offering, which to let you in on the secret death separated us from God and only blood would atone us back to God as sick as it may sound we are the ones that made the choice out of the one hundred trees. Let us go back to Cain and Abel’s offering and what they both faced. Cain saw God honored his brother’s offering more than his. At the fork of this road Cain stands seeing what God honored and what He did not honor. Cain and Abel now know what God likes and possibly dislikes in an offering. Cain is faced with the same freedom to choose as his mother did standing before that “Just One Tree“. Cain can choose to say no to the evil of anger and depression of that one tree or say yes. His tree of the knowledge of good and of evil was what to do about his offering. God even tried to help Cain with his anger and depression with words of encouragement (Ge. 4:6,7). God went onto warn him of the wrong choice as his mother did that sin is crouching at his door with the desire to possess him, but he must rule over it.

The world in the beginning was dominated by more choices of good versus that “Just One Tree” of the knowledge of good and evil meaning good angels once chose evil forever. Now, the world is dominated by more choices of evil versus the choices of good. The roles have reversed from the beginning of creation to our present day. Ninety-nine good trees and “Just One Tree” of evil to ninety-nine evil trees and “Just One Tree of Eternal Life“.

Cain asked his brother Abel, “Let’s go out to the field.” His brother Abel willingly went out to the field with his older brother. Cain attacked his younger brother and killed him. We see Cain standing before the tree of the knowledge of good and evil making the choice of death instead of improvement on his next offering. Cain took the fruit of that “Just One Tree” with the answer of death for his younger brother over a learning experience of what God likes and dislikes. Does this sound familiar today with you and what you see around you and in the news? People are constantly choosing the from the wrong tree repeating over and over Eve and Adams choices.

You and I wake up everyday standing before the invisible tree of the knowledge of good and evil at home, at work, at school, at the mall, at the store, at the restaurant, at church, and anywhere else you are thinking making decisions of our actions out of the ninety-nine to one choices. If anyone knows the good they should do and does it not, it is sin for them (Ja. 4:17). If I choose to lie I have chosen the fruit of death (Rev. 21:4) from that same tree of good and of evil taking one more step towards the second death of eternal flames of punishment. If I choose the way, the truth, and the life I have chosen the tree of eternal life through Jesus Christ back to the Father. It is a scary thought to think how often we stand figuratively before the “Just One Tree” like Eve and Adam deciding our own fate daily. Our life is like a vapor or midst that appears for a little while and then vanishes. How do you want to answer your next question standing before this tree of the knowledge of good and of evil knowing right from wrong all the while the person standing there has no clue what you are facing in front of them.

Jesus fasted forty days and forty nights when the devil (the voice from the tree of knowledge of good and of evil) came to him saying, if you are the son of God turn these stones into bread (trying to make the rocks to look good to eat as he did to Eve with the fruit). Jesus is like Eve and Adam standing before this “Just One Tree” of destiny. Jesus did not reach down to the rock turning it into bread , but said back to the devil, man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word from the mouth of God. Eve and Adam failed before this one tree because they did not live on the word of God’s warning of that “Just One Tree“. As the devil did with Eve and Adam in not giving up took Jesus to the highest pinnacle at the temple and said to Jesus if he was the son of God that it is written that God will command his angels concerning you to lift you up in their hands so as not to strike your foot against a stone. The same thing he told Eve that she would not die – opposite of what God said. Jesus gave back to the devil it is written not to put the Lord your God to the test. The final test of the devil’s temptation to Jesus who had been without food forty days and forty nights standing before this “Just One Tree” of the knowledge of good and of evil that mankind stood once before in the beginning of creation. The devil takes Jesus high into the mountains to show him the riches of the world and says to him “All this I will give you, if you will bow down and worship me.” When Adam and Eve ate of that “Just One Tree” out of the rest they gave the devil absolute control over them and the earth under the guise that they would become as gods (power-hungry). Jesus made the choice from the tree of eternal life saying to the devil, “Away from me, Satan! For it is written: ‘Worship the Lord your God, and serve him only.” (Mtt. 4). The devil was just a fallen angel and Jesus was God manifested in the flesh (1 Tim 3:16) for the purpose of giving us a chance at the tree of eternal life. I can see Jesus in how he lived, moved, and had his being among us. I can see how his words were the words of spirit and of life. I can see Jesus is that one reversed tree from the knowledge of good and of evil to the tree of eternal life (Jn. 17:3). All the ninety-nine evil choices today to the one choice of good through Jesus Christ the tree of eternal life.

If Eve and Adam had the strength inside of them to say to that serpent, the devil, to get away from them that God said to not eat of this “Just One Tree” what would our world be like today? It was a good thing God chased mankind away from the tree of eternal life after falling into sin preventing us eternal damnation and a second chance to make the right choice. What were you confronted with today standing before the tree of the knowledge of good and of evil? What will you be challenged with tomorrow among the thousands of trees of the knowledge of good and of evil? We live in the reverse of the garden of Eden with more trees we should not eat from and the “Just One Tree” of eternal life we should eat from for our answers to life and life more abundantly.
